Job Description

  • Position Title: Admin Clerk
  • Working Location: Pandan Loop
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am –12 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of order processing.
  • Follow up on collection of cash from driver.
  • Record monthly cash sales and take orders (phone, emails etc).
  • Facilitate Delivery orders.
  • Attend to complaints and enquiries from customers.
  • File documents and undertake basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Write Sales reports and incident reports.
  • Call customers.
  • Retrieve orders from supplier portal.
  • Coordinate with Modern Trade Department on supermarket delivery and arrange return goods from the supermarket.
